Strengths

 Strengths or qualities that can help me achieve my goals.....


  1. The love of my husband

  2. Setting realistic goals

  3. Strength in saying "NO" to foods that make me want more. {Like chips and cake}

  4. Strength to by ~ pass the goodies in the husband that is for mu hubby

  5. Strength to workout at least five days a week

  6. Strength to keep reminding myself that my goals are in my hands

  7. Thinking POSITIVE that I can do it!

  8. Strength to keep MOTIVATED!

  9. Strength to STAY COMMITTED!
